I am Sumia Islam, currently pursuing my LL.M at Chittagong University. I identify as a feminist with a deep sense of compassion, firmly believing that every voice deserves to be heard.

​My journey with Swayong began in 2020 when I joined as an editorial writer. Over time, I transitioned to the English to Bangla Translation team. Now, as I step into my new role as the Human Resources Coordinator, my passion for equality and my eagerness to contribute to Swayong will continue to guide me. I am dedicated to empowering others and strive to create a more inclusive world where every story can be told, and every woman can be empowered to claim her rightful place in the sun.
